the florida memory project is sort of an arbitrary collection of professional and amateur pictures from the state of florida. all the photographs above came up with a search for word "alligator." try some searches of your own and be sure to look at bob graham's work days in the photo exhibits section. he was a state legislator who spent 100 days working the jobs of "ordinary floridians." visit the archive here.
