these pictures by ilya rabinovich are pretty great. i love how abstract, artificial, and totally unfoodlike these things appear. to me they look almost like color field paintings. my roommate andrew is something of a frozen food connoisseur, so our freezer is a big grid jam-packed with these boxes. personally, i take ilya's position (inferred from the pictures). this crap is weird and disgusting. see more of her work here.
