I dont know how he does it , but like weegee the famous , todd fisher has the uncanny ability to be anywhere and everywhere. his work echoes with strains of the great street photographers of the winogrand generation - and on that level he is likely the best of his own generation. but his ability to go anywhere leads him elsewhere. more here
