croatian-born, new york-based artist vlatka horvat makes some pretty interesting stuff. these are all photographs from a series where she hides behind objects in her studio, creating "a paradox of posing for the camera while at the same time trying to hide from its gaze." you can take a peek at more of vlatka's work here.
